hi ,
I would like to get my M-I-L's visa extended for couple of months, whose I94 is valid until June7th.
She got her multiple visa through her daughter , around 9 years back.They are no longer in US.Currently
Please let me know the following.
`a) The documents needed for extension.
i moved to a new employer and my previous employer who filed my GC has cancelled my H1.
currently iam working on EAD and haven't invoked AC21.
b)Can my m-i-l stay beyond her I94 date,until we hear from USCIS about approval/denial?
I would apppreciate all your suggestions and responses.

My H1-B is expiring in December 2007. I have approved I-140 now and am hoping to get 3 year H1-B extension based on my approved I-140. Do you think I can get 3 year extension even if the visa numbers for filing AOS is current? Does AC21 apply to this case? Please suggest.

Well I'm not sure about datalists but assuming you have edited the object in memory the binding should reflect the edits. If not I usually just write a Requery method which queries the data source again and rebinds the offending control
You might want to have a look at CSLA - it's a library for maniuplation of business objects supporting parent/child collection heirarchies, error providing, multiple undo levels etc etc - it certainly speeds up creating a business app around here. We usually combine it with CSLAGen which is a template generator based on CodeSmith which generates CSLA objects for you from a database schema - all you need to do is write the sprocs which get/update/delete the data and then it does the rest (you might tweak it a little here and there).
It's got a bit of a learning curve but once you know what you are doing it's invaluable! That would solve your refresh issues :)

Received the RFE today. It was asking for my birth certificate copy & translation. My lawyer says this is very common. For me this is stupid, they already got my birth certificate copy and the translation.

I don't remember the amount of fees submitted while filing I 485. However the filing was done after the July fiasco (Aug 2007). so whatever rates were applicable after Jul 2007 that must have been the fees that has been sent.
So in that scenario, is it just okay to send the AP application with out Fees?
How are you July Filers applying for AP? Are you sending in the check for the AP fees too?

I checked with attorney and I believe that is true, PP for H1b is not carried over on RFE reply. Response to RFE will go in a regular queue for evaluation. But, I hope this is not the case.

Is that normal to have the same I-94 number on my renewed H1B and my wife's H4 approval notices?
