Thanks. Basically we are trying our options and chances to see if it is possible to work towards a fellowship based on the current restrogressed scenerio. Would any of them have handled such scenerios, I guess Khanna's office would be best option ??? Stephen Perlitsh seems to have answers to all kinds of questions but he is difficult to access.

1. Send all AOS forms and proof of pregnancy from the doctor. They will issue RFE or you can send medical after the delivery. Don't take risk while on pregnancy. RFE reply will get 30-45 days time.
2. If your current visa is not expired, you can delay in filing I-485. Just file I-130 now.

Folks,
Got a question on surrendering I-94 when leaving USA. Do we just need to surrender the one issued in POE when coming to USA, or we need to surrender the I-94 that came with I-797 approval notice as well. I'm getting different opinion from different folks, Some say surrender only the White one issued in POE, few say surrender the one attached to I-797 approval notice as well. One friend of my mine, was asked to show the part attached to I-797 when he went for visa stamping and luckily he surrendered only the white one issued in POE and he did not surrender the one attached to I-797, so he had it with him.
Folks, please share your experience on this.

One more clarification, once petition is converted to F1 and I get married after that what will happen to the petition. will it stay in F1 cateogory or converted to some other category or it will be revoked and I will have to do fresh start.

Both parents were in India and Indian Citizens by birth at the time of birth of their chidren in India. Birth of year for children is 1996 and 2000 (still minor). As such both children are Indian Citizens by birth.
If one or both the parents acquire foriegn (Canadian) citizenship and does not apply for Canadian citizenship for their children, does it affect Indian Citizenship of their minor children in that case? Will the children automatically loose their Indian Citizenship? or children can still be Indian citizens as they have not acquired foriegn citizenship, even if parents have acquired/renounced the Indian citizenship? (Parents have to write to Indian Consulate that they are renouncing their own Indian Citizenship due to acqusition of foriegn citizenship in order to get Indian Visa for themselves.)
This doubt originated due to information in Wikipedia under Citizenship Act of 1955, which has a clause which says "Renunciation is covered in Section 8 of the Citizenship Act 1955. If an adult makes a declaration of renunciation of Indian citizenship, he loses Indian citizenship. In addition any minor child of that person also loses Indian citizenship from the date of renunciation. When the child reaches the age of eighteen, he has the right to resume Indian citizenship. The provisions for making a declaration of renunciation under Indian citizenship law require that the person making the declaration be "of full age and capacity."

My 6 year H1B ends on April 17/2011 with Company A. Company A applied for my PERM on 15th Jan 2010.
Now I am planning to switch a company B(my interview is next week and I think I will clear that interview) to a Permanent JOB. If I get through that Company B. How soon they have to apply for my H1B transfer?
If company B apply PERM on June 2010(due to company B policy), is their any issue to get 7th yr of extension on June 2010 PERM? Or is it possible to apply for 7th year of extension Company A PERM application.
Please respond with your suggestions.

Man you need to go help USCIS write a good program that helps them become efficient. I am still struggling with the idea that they lose thousands of Visa numbers every year just because of their inefficiency.

anyway, as long as some fools doesn't admit the facts and realize the changing world, all those forums / blogs / hatred etc; will be just a waste of their time. ofcourse they have been wasting watching stupid games in TVs / Stadiums instead could use 'that' time to gain some new skills / learn new technologies that are required to survive in the job market.
